Happy Easter

Yesterday we went to church with Nana and Oompa and Aunt Dolly.

I slept through most of it.
Then we went back to Nana and Oompa's house:

We took pictures

They put me in an Easter basket

And Mom hooped eggs and I helped

They made me get in between all the eggs and whoever hooped me got to take me home.

Thanks goodness Mom hooped me.

Thursday Fun

We went to Nana's today and my cousin Grace was there.
She is very good at holding me.

She has a little brother that she has had lots of practice with.

Then Dad and I layed on the alphabet rug and had a little talk.

Busy Thursday

So the day started off good. I slept from 10:30pm to 2 am and 2:30am to 6:30am and 7am to 9:30am.

Mom was so happy with me.
Then we got dressed and tried to go to moms doctors office and that was a mess- we wont talk about it mom was pretty upset about it and needless to say we have to reschedule for next week.

Then we met some more of mom's friends- Mary and Mrs.Sampish- she lives in Colorado now- she is dad's best friends Jay's mom.

I think that is how it goes.

(Aunt Becky did you notice my outfit - it is Aubrey's. It was kind of cold this morning in Texas and all my clothes are all spring clothes so I am wearing one of my hand-me-downs from Missouri.

I think this was one of your favorites- right?)

Mrs. S couldn't beleive how small I was.

Then it was off to Grandmother house.

She says I have fat cheecks- I think they are cute.

It was so good seeing her she loves to hold me and talks to me a lot.

Another night out

Last night we went to dinner with our friends the Hatfield's and the Arnold's.
They enjoyed seeing me very much.

We told Gage to smile and this was the face he gave us.

Bunny enjoyed me so much and her boys Josh and Gage wanted to help hold my pacifier in.

Hunter just wanted me to take his picture.

Taylor loves limes and after she has limes she wants to hold me but mom thought she should wash her hands first.

I am not sure what a lime is but she makes some pretty funny faces when she eats them.

Taylor and Hunter wanted to hold me but we decided On the Border wasn't the best place for that so their mom held me and they just "peteded me".

Loud Lauren Sleeping

Wow am I loud!!

You can't see me but you sure can hear me.

It was early in the morning and mom didn't want to turn on the lights and wake me up.

Yep that is right- I am asleep- that is why I sleep in the hall way outside my mom and dad's room.

So last night me and Mom and Dad went to this restaurant called Steele

with our friends Kim and Kirk.

We had a wonderful meal- well Mom and Dad did.

I had dinner in the car before we met the rest of the party.

I slept through most of the meal.

But mom and dad said it was delicious.

Here I am in the wine room taking my nap.

Weekend Fun!!

After a sleepless night on Friday night, mom and I took a good nap on Saturday morning and then we headed to the mall.

Mom had to get a braclet and she bought me a new hat.

We then went to Kim and Kirk's house and Kim held me a lot.

Then she made us dinner and Kirk took a turn holding me.

On Sunday we went on a walk with Brody and Zandy on the trinity trail - I wore my new hat to keep the sun out of my eyes.

Then we went back to Zandy's for some lunch and Brody wanted to play with me but I was not interested.

Then we went to Nana Townsends house and Dad unloaded all his deer lease stuff and we went on a short four wheeler ride and then mom thought that was too dangerous so she took me inside and let Aunt Amy hold me for a while.

We went to dinner and then home.

I took a long needed nap in dads arms- wow I missed him all weekend.
